The company's predecessor is the former Ministry of Electronics Industry 4150, 4963, 4524 three arms factory, in January 2002 landed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code: 600520), known as "the first Chinese mold stock". Since launching China's first integrated circuit packaging mold in 1978 and China's first set of PVC plastic door and window profile extrusion mold in 1985, the company has been committed to the research and development of mold and equipment technology in the semiconductor industry and chemical building materials industry.
