LIQUID CRYSTAL POLYMER (LCP) is also known as liquid crystal polymer. It is a new type of polymer material, which generally exhibits liquid crystal properties in the molten state.

This kind of material has excellent heat resistance and molding processing properties. The main polymerization method is melt polycondensation, and the whole aromatic LCP is supplemented by solid phase polycondensation to produce high molecular weight products. Non-aromatic LCP plastic raw materials are often produced by one-step or two-step melt polymerization. In recent years, the technology of continuous melt polycondensation to produce high molecular weight LCP has been developed. Liquid crystal aromatic polyester in the liquid crystal state because its macromolecular chain is oriented, it has an unusually regular fibrous structure, special performance, product strength is very high, no less than metal and ceramics. The tensile strength and bending modulus can exceed the various thermoplastic engineering plastics developed in the past 10 years. Mechanical properties, dimensional stability, optical properties, electrical properties, chemical resistance, flame retardant, good processability, good heat resistance, low coefficient of thermal expansion. The properties, processability and prices of liquid crystal polyesters are also different with different monomers. The different fillers selected and the different amount of fillers added also affect its performance.

Polyamide-6, also known as polycaprolactam, has excellent wear resistance and self-lubricity, high heat resistance and mechanical strength, excellent low temperature performance, self-extinguishing, oil resistance, chemical resistance, good elasticity, high impact strength, excellent alkaline resistance, UV resistance and sunlight resistance. The disadvantage is large shrinkage and poor dimensional stability. In industry, it is used to manufacture bearings, gears, pulleys, transmission belts, etc., and can also be used for wire drawing, film making and other packaging materials.

1. Excellent welding resistance
PA6T has a high melting point (310 ° C) and a high thermal deformation temperature (about 290 ° C), thus showing excellent reflow solderability. The excellent welding resistance of PA6T makes it particularly suitable for electronic connectors for surface adhesion technology (SMT).
2. Excellent high temperature rigidity
PA6T can still maintain a very high modulus at high temperatures, for example, the modulus at 120℃ is 55% of the modulus at 23℃. In other words, PA6T can maintain stability and excellent rigidity over a wide temperature range.

For nylon resin, PA6T water absorption is quite low, only 1/4 to 1/3 of nylon 66. Therefore, the physical properties of PA6T caused by water absorption are relatively small.
5. Excellent dimensional stability
The water absorption rate of PA6T is quite low, and the size change caused by water absorption is quite small. The thermal expansion coefficient of PA6T is quite stable and remains at a fairly low level in the high temperature range, so it has good dimensional stability against temperature changes. In addition, PA6T has very little warping due to the forming process. In other words, PA6T has excellent dimensional stability.
6. Excellent mobility
PA6T has good melt flow and is easy to process by injection molding. In addition, PA6T also has excellent thin wall formability, making it suitable for the processing of small parts.
7. It is not easy to burr when forming
PA6T also has a characteristic inherent in nylon, which is not easy to burr during injection molding.

PA9T
PA9T

PA9T is an original polyamide engineering plastic developed by Cololi from the raw material monomer. It is a forming material with excellent heat resistance, drug resistance and sliding resistance that can withstand repeated friction. Performance exceeds standard nylon in some major respects, with advantages including: providing the same strength and toughness under dry and wet conditions, and maintaining effective strength and toughness at higher temperatures compared to standard nylon. Easy to process ---- good fluidity, thermal stability and low mold corrosion; High performance nylon with high thermal stability and high lubricity, low water absorption (1%, other common high temperature nylon is more than 2.6%), low warpage, chemical resistance, high dimensional stability material, can achieve 94V-0 effect at 0.75mm thickness. The high glass transition temperature (125℃) and high crystallinity of PA9T make it maintain good toughness at high temperatures, better than PA66 and PA46, and the friction resistance and friction coefficient are much better than other nylon, even more than POM and LCP. Another excellent performance of PA9T is resistance to chemicals and oils, alcohols, acids and calcium dichloride, hot water and other fluids, almost more than all PA, only slightly worse than PPS, and the barrier to fuel is ten times that of PA6 and PA12, close to ETFE(ethylene-tetrachloroethylene copolymer) level, these excellent properties make PA9T very suitable for automotive hood products. PA9T has fiberglass-free and fiberglass-containing (33%, 45%, 50%) and fireproof specifications, which has great development potential for automotive hood, electrical and electronic products and other market applications.

PA12

Its properties are similar to PA11, but the crystal structure is different. PA12 is a good electrical insulator and, like other polyamides, will not be affected by moisture. It has good impact resistance mechanical and chemical stability. There are many improved varieties of PA12 in terms of plasticizing and reinforcing properties. Compared with PA6 and PA66, these materials have a lower melting point and density, and have a very high moisture regain. PA12 has no resistance to strong oxidizing acids. The viscosity of PA12 depends mainly on humidity, temperature and storage time. It's very fluid. The shrinkage is between 0.5% and 2%, depending on the type of material, wall thickness and other process conditions. PA12 polyamide 12 or nylon 12 Typical applications: water meters and other commercial equipment, cable sleeves, mechanical cams, sliding mechanisms, photovoltaic backplates and bearings.

Nylon 610 resin is more resistant to weak acids, bases and organic solvents than nylon 6 and nylon 66, and can dissolve in strong acids, phenols and formic acid. Nylon 610 resin has low water absorption and good low temperature resistance and dimensional stability. Its relative density is small and it has good mechanical strength and toughness. Nylon 610 resin is a self-extinguishing material.

Application: Suitable for injection molding process of various parts. This product is widely used in automobiles, instruments, machinery, household appliances and other fields.

Packing and storage: The standard packing of this product is a paper bag lined with aluminum foil paper, each bag net weight 25 kg. Care should be taken to keep dry and clean during transportation and storage.
