SCA is the sales, marketing and distribution coordination center for petrochemical products manufactured by Rabigh Refining & Petrochemicals Company (Saudi Arabia). SCA is also a major producer of methyl methacrylate and one of the leading companies in health and crop science products, energy and functional materials, and solution styrene-butadiene rubber (S-SBR). Our state-of-the-art methyl methacrylate monomer (MMA) and polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) and S-SBR plants are ideally located on Jurong Island, Singapore, with easy access to efficient ports. As Asia's largest integrated producer of methyl methacrylate, SCA's MMA and PMMA (SUMIPEX®) plants are vertically integrated from raw materials to products and customers. Our S-SBR plant is Sumitomo Chemical's first synthetic rubber plant outside of Japan, producing high-quality products. We work with our customers to develop grades to further meet the needs of the tire industry.
