In March 2005, we obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification, and in July 2009, we obtained ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification and ISO14001: 2004 Environmental management system certification, 2007 won the title of "high-tech enterprise", of which "halogen-free reactive expansion flame retardant composite flame retardant rubber material" product project also in 2010 by the national innovation fund support project.
Sembo Industrial Co., Ltd. specializes in producing all kinds of air conditioning step, automobile air conditioning parts, shock absorbing rubber, wind wheel shaft bushing, rubber pipe fittings, rubber accessories, motor shaft core and copper, aluminum and other metal finishing parts, the products are mainly used in air conditioning, compressor, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator and other production.
The factory area is about 14,000 square meters, the company has 250 employees per month, an annual output of about 40 million rubber sleeve, all kinds of other parts about 30 million pieces. Division I in the air conditioning fan shaft sleeve regardless of production sales or quality are ranked first, the introduction and absorption of domestic and foreign advanced production technology and equipment and management mode, established from product formulation development, mold design and manufacturing, vulcanization production, extrusion molding and other a complete set of production processes. We have a series of production equipment including vulcanizing machine, mixing machine, opening machine, preforming machine, vulcanizing tank, energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, spectrophotometer, salt spray testing machine and so on.
Through more than ten years of unremitting efforts, we have the honor to provide support for Chinese local air conditioning manufacturers: Gree, Midea, Haier and other customers, but also become Panasonic, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, Hitachi, Toshiba Carrier, Toshiba, Fujitsu, Sanyo, Mitsu Synsei, Nishin Textile, LG, Samsung and other world enterprises suppliers.
