Degassing product line

MMEI offers a full line of rotary degassing stations utilizing the latest technological advancements to meet your metal processing needs. The MMEI degassing product line includes fully automatic ladle degassing stations, in-line units with single and multiple rotating rotors, portable units as well as custom units for degassing road ladles and other large containers.

Equipped with full electrical and gas controls, the unit is easy to operate and programmable to ensure repeatable results. Timers, temperature sensors, digital readouts and other enhancements are integrated into the control package and designed for operator ease of use. The MMEI gas control unit includes separate flow meters for purge gas and main gas. Airflow is integrated into the electrical controls for optimal operation. Gas controllers are available for inert gases or chlorine.

Each degasser is designed to exceed the stringent requirements of harsh casting environments and can be customized to meet your performance or space constraints.
