The company's production base is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a total area of approximately 60,000 square meters. It is equipped with 8 imported twin-screw granulation production lines, a dust-free production workshop, and a professional testing center with a daily production capacity of 80 tons. The factory's R&D team is led by a doctoral tutor specializing in polymers from the Department of Chemistry of Peking University. The team has 16 years of experience in the research and development of high-temperature modified engineering plastic raw materials. The product series includes high-temperature nylon PA6/66, PA6T, PA9T, PA10T, PA46, PPA, plastic alloy PC+PBT, PC+ABS, PC+PET. The products are widely used in aerospace, medical beauty, electronic appliances, 5G communications, new energy and other fields.

Jinjie factory laboratory is equipped with Swiss datacolor color matching instrument, Japanese Seiko ROHS environmental tester, MC949 computer automatic universal material testing machine, MC400 melt flow rate tester, UL automatic flame retardant grade test box, and aging test box
