Junda Die Casting (Dongguan) Co., LTD
Founded in 1979 in New Taipei City, Taiwan, Junda Group is a professional mold manufacturing, deep drawing stamping and aluminum alloy die casting supplier (sales of die casting mold molds). Since its inception, it has a history of more than 40 years.
In 2002, Junda Die Casting (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. was established in Huangjiang Town, Dongguan, covering an area of 10,000 square meters, specializing in the production of various precision aluminum, zinc alloy die casting products.
In 2018, due to the expansion of business volume, the Group invested USD8 million in Qishi Town, Dongguan, and established Dongguan 陖 Da Hardware Die Casting Co., LTD., covering an area of 18,000 square meters. From mold design, sample production, product die-casting, post-processing to fully automated surface treatment and painting, we can provide one-stop service to reduce procurement costs and enhance customers' competitive advantage.
Group has 150-900 tons of hot and cold chamber with mechanical die casting machine 30 sets; High-precision testing instruments such as three-dimensional two-element automatic all-in-one machine, hardness testing machine, brine spray testing machine, etc. Other various automation equipment, including automatic dust removal cycle equipment, advanced fully automated pre-treatment production line and paint production line, dozens of CNC car/milling machine.
The group has more than 1000 employees, including 45 engineers and technicians, who have passed ISO9001 quality certification system,ISO14001 environmental management system and IATF 16949 automotive quality management system.
