(Non-woven Products Company) was established in December 2011, jointly funded by China Textile Science and Technology Co., Ltd. under Hengtian Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of National Machinery Group, and Xiantao Jiahua Plastic Products Co., LTD., is a high-tech enterprise in Hubei Province and a governing unit of China Industrial Textile Industry Association. The company has a registered capital of 430 million yuan and covers an area of nearly 130,000 square meters. There are more than 500 employees, including nearly 200 employees with college degrees or above. The company passed ISO9001, ISO13485 quality management system certification, organic cotton certification G0TS.

Hengtian Jiahua has 16 production lines of various types of nonwovens, with an annual capacity of 66,000 tons, respectively: 9 spunmelt nonwovens production lines (including 2 German Leifen two-component RF4S production lines, 2 Shaoyang Textile Machinery SMMS, SSMMS production lines, 1 Hongda Research Institute SMMSS production line and 4 single S production lines), 3 Germany Hengtian Lixin Menfuji three anti aftertreatment production lines and 4 all-cotton spunlace production lines.
