Huanghua Hongteng Mold Factory (pipe fitting mould products manufacturing plant) is approved by the Administration of Industry and Commerce, the factory address is located in the mold city of Huanghua Economic Development Zone, Hebei Province, adjacent to 205 National Road, south of 307 National Road, the traffic is very convenient.
There are many CNC machining equipment in the factory: CNC milling (specifications are 1060, 1580, 2015, 4027, etc.), engraving and milling machines and some ordinary processing equipment, and the annual production of more than 300 sets of molds. 2 mold designers in the factory staff, 2 external cooperation, the factory designers have many years of design experience in large foreign companies, from product analysis, mold structure design, molding mold flow analysis, 2D processing drawings, etc., 6 fitters, several of whom have more than 10 years of processing and assembly experience. The injection molding plant has 10 sets of equipment with specifications ranging from 160T to 530T.
There are many CNC machining equipment in the factory (specifications are DT850, DT1060, DT1580, GS2015,GS4027), two engraving and milling machines, wire cutting, spark machine, and some ordinary processing equipment, and the annual production of more than 200 sets of molds. The mold designer in the factory staff has many years of design experience in large foreign companies, from product analysis, 3D structural design, 2D processing drawings are the advanced level of the current stage, several of the fitters have more than 10 years of processing and assembly experience, assembly precision and clean appearance.
