1975 Peter Cloeren (Sheet extrusion touch the head brand) I invented the world's first dispenser with a "HDPE top layer and LDPE liner" for the production of extrusion-coated milk packets in Texas, USA.
1979 Patent for the dispenser and its corresponding co-extrusion technology is granted to Peter Cloeren I.
1980 - 1989
1980 Peter Cloeren I and his son Peter Cloeren II found the company Cloeren, now Cloeren Inc.
1983 Cloeren develops the multi-block baffle distributor for the production of products with more than 4 layers. This innovation was quickly accepted as the industry standard.
1984 The first Cloeren processing plant is built in Orange, Texas.
1990 - 1999
1990 Clorox develops "flat shoulder" die head technology with a two-stage flow stop and enters the die head manufacturing business.
1992 Kurorin commercializes the "Flexible Die Lip and EBR Edge Reduction Technology" in the extrusion coating and laminating fields.
1993 Patent for the two-stage flow stop "flat shoulder" die head is granted.
1993 Korolac invents the internal gearing technology of molds for the production of cast film and sheet.
1994 Kerorefine establishes Kerorefine Japan and Kerorefine Europe for international business.
1997 Korolac becomes the world's largest mold manufacturer with the acquisition of PC Corporation in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
1998 Korolac opens its third manufacturing facility in Orange, Texas.
1999 Corolene establishes a sales/service organization in Australia to serve the Southeast Asia region.

2001 Coloplast expands and relocates its headquarters to the downtown Orange area.
2002 Corolite receives its 25th U.S. Patent for technology used in resin processing equipment and design.
2002 Korolac invents the world's first "nano-dispenser" technology for co-extruded barrier applications.
2003 Clorox establishes its second office in Japan.
2006 Korolac opens its fourth facility in Marshall, Texas.

2010 Cloeren opens a service organization in Shanghai.
2011 Cloeren moves its Asia Pacific organization to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
2012 Cloeren expands its sales in Europe by opening another office in Germany.
2012 Cloeren is awarded a patent for Moebius die head technology.
2013 Cloeren expands its manufacturing facility in Orange, Texas.
2015 U.S. patent issued for moebius-manifold™ Die. International patent still pending.
2016 Cloeren strengthens its stake in the European market by increasing its investment in EMO GesmbH, an extrusion die manufacturer in Micheldorf, Austria.
2017 Cloeren purchases the remaining shares in EMO GesmbH to provide us with manufacturing, service and repair facilities in Europe.
