Adda is a Sino-foreign joint venture established in 1987. The Chinese shareholder is Lingyun Industrial Co., LTD., a listed company under China North Lingyun Industrial Group Co., LTD., and the foreign shareholder is George Fischer Company, a Swiss multinational enterprise with a history of more than 200 years. The Chinese and foreign parties each hold 50% of the shares.
Yada has production plants in Zhuozhou, Langfang, Changchun, Beijing, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Chongqing, Chengdu, Jinan, Shenzhen, Xi 'an, Wuhu, Liuzhou, Weifang, Qingdao, Shiyan, Wuhan, Foshan, Ningbo and Changshu, and its headquarters is located in Zhuozhou, Hebei.
