AGC responds to the needs of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), providing reliable subcontracting and procurement support from China.

AGC was founded in Namur, Belgium in 2000 and moved its operational headquarters to Shanghai in 2004 to be closer to the production lines, expand a reliable supplier network, and provide more competitive solutions for the manufacturing of machinery and plastic parts plan.

In 2010, AGC acquired the French optical company Sinoptix to expand its products into the optical and glass industry, providing high-quality optical and glass components from China under the Sinoptix brand. (AGC Group)

In the same year, AGC developed Sinoptix Distribution, a solution that supports Western high-tech companies in distributing their products in China. AGC's supplier network and database in the optical and glass industries, machinery industry, plastics industry and electronics industry in China enable us to successfully support our customers' distribution projects in China.

Today, AGC is one of China's oldest wholly foreign-owned enterprises, providing subcontracting and procurement support to China.
