Special Function Plastic

ASA high adhesive powder
ASA high adhesive powder

ASA high adhesive powder can not only be used asa toughening modifier to modify polyvinyl chloride (pvc), polycarbonate (pc), nylon (pa) and other thermoplastics, but also can be mixed with styryl-acrylonitrile copolymer (san) to make asa engineering resin. As ASA resin, it is mainly suitable for the preparation of coated, injection grade and extruded ASA engineering plastics.

HY-560 is a high rubber content of cross-linked polybutyl acrylate rubber as propyl core, styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer as the shell terpolymer, belongs to the core-shell structure of excellent weather resistant impact modifier, has a very high rubber content, very high mechanical strength, good heat resistance, electrical insulation, in the modified resin, the addition amount is generally 5-35.  Purpose:

1, mainly used as ASA resin ASA/PMMA alloy impact toughening agent. Improve the impact resistance of the product, with excellent coloring. It can be used in ASA engineering plastics industry such as sheet, profiles, lighting fixtures and automotive parts.

2, PVC, PC, PA and other thermoplastic toughening agent, the performance of the indicators can replace the same foreign FM40 KM355p and other products. Give products better surface hardness and product smoothness.

3, when used for PVC products, in the formula, the performance can be equal to replace opaque MBS products at home and abroad. Increase the weatherability and temperature resistance of the product.

PC+ABS
PC+ABS

PC/ABS, polycarbonate and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer blended alloy material, the alloy has the excellent characteristics of both materials, ABS material formability and PC mechanical properties, impact strength and temperature resistance, ultraviolet (UV) resistance, etc. It can be widely used in automotive internal parts, business machines, communication equipment, household appliances and lighting equipment.
