General Purpose Plastic

GPPS
GPPS

High temperature grade GPPS application: GPPS is widely used due to its easy induction, good processing performance, excellent insulation, easy printing and coloring. GPPS injection molding products have high surface gloss, good dimensional stability, exquisite and beautiful products, widely used in industry and daily life, such as automobile lamp shade, instrument surface, chemical instrument parts, optical instrument parts, telecommunications parts, jewelry boxes, perfume bottles, toothbrushes, soap boxes, fruit bowls, etc. The relative molecular weight of GPS for extrusion molding is high, which is convenient for the extrusion of products, and the extrusion products are films, pipes, containers, plates, sheets, etc., which are used in chemical industry, packaging, decoration and so on. GPPS can also be used in electrical, instrument shell, toys, lamps, household appliances, stationery, cosmetics containers, indoor and outdoor decorations, fruit trays, optical parts (such as prisms, lenses) lens window mirrors and molding, car lights, telecommunications accessories, electric frequency capacitor film, high frequency insulation materials, TV containers, wave guides, chemical containers, etc. The suspended polymer resin can be made into foam with different densities, which can be used as insulation, sound insulation, shock-proof, floating, packaging materials, cork substitutes, pre-foaming foam bodies can be used as water filtration media and the preparation of lightweight concrete, and low foaming plastics can be made into synthetic wood for furniture.

LDPE
LDPE

Low density polyethylene, also known as high pressure polyethylene (LDPE), is the lightest variety of polyethylene resin, which is milky, tasteless, odorless, non-toxic, waxy particles with a dull surface. It has good softness, extensibility, electrical insulation, transparency, ease of processing and certain permeability. Its chemical stability is good, alkali resistance, resistance to general organic solvents.

HDPE
HDPE

High density polyethylene, referred to as HDPE, also known as low pressure polyethylene, is a kind of high crystallinity, non-polar surface is a certain degree of translucent. PE has excellent resistance to most domestic and industrial chemicals. The melting point of HDPE is 142℃ and the decomposition temperature is 300℃. The adjustable range of injection molding temperature is large. When injection molding, the general use temperature is 180℃- 230℃; Because it is an olefin plastic, it does not absorb water, and does not need to be dried during production, but for product quality, it can be dried at 60 ° C for 1hr to discharge floating water; The melt viscosity of polyethylene is large, the flow length ratio is small, the thin-walled products may lack glue, so the gate and the flow channel are relatively large; Products are easy to carry static electricity, the surface is easy to absorb angstrom. The shrinkage rate is 16‰. The overflow margin value is 0.05mm. High-density polyethylene is non-toxic, tasteless, odorless white particles, melting point is 130℃, the relative density is 0.946~0.976g/cm3, it has good heat and cold resistance, good chemical stability, but also has high rigidity and toughness, good mechanical strength, dielectric properties, environmental stress cracking resistance is also good. Used for extruding packaging films, ropes, woven nets, fishing nets, water pipes, injection molding lower grade daily necessities and shells, non-load bearing components, plastic boxes, turnover boxes, extrusion blow molding containers, hollow products, bottles. Used for hollow molding products and blown film products such as food bags, grocery bags, fertilizer lining film and so on.
