The STS Mc11 sets a new standard with its 11.3 Nm/cm3 specific torque. Compared to the previous generation model, the yield can be increased by up to 27%, while the product quality can be further improved due to the higher filling rate and lower melt temperature.
The STS Mc11 series incorporates Coperion's complete process technology and quality standards, and uses the Coperion's own brand transmission case, which is originally manufactured in Europe, and the maximum screw speed is increased from 800 rpm to 900 rpm. For masterbatch applications, Coperion has also developed special feed inserts, blanking boxes and newly designed heads for quick change and cleaning, increasing production efficiency. The new spline sleeve features the same design as the proven ZSK Mc18 series.
The new optimized design of the base can bear greater torque. The STS Mc11 series meets the needs of many different process applications. It is known for its high output, but at the same time has a very high cost performance. STS Mc11 series extruders produced by Coperion Nanjing strictly comply with CE standard requirements. The combination of high performance output and low investment costs ensures that investors can recover their costs quickly. The modular design of the barrel and screw elements allows the processing section to be flexibly adjusted between 24 and 68D according to the process requirements.
