Household appliance mold

Product introduction

In the refrigerator manufacturing process, various types of molds need to be used. The most commonly used molds include inner liner molds, shell molds, door molds, handle molds, etc. These molds are designed, manufactured and produced according to the needs of the refrigerator and the materials used.

1. Inner liner mold
The refrigerator inner liner mold is one of the most important molds for the manufacture of refrigerators, which is responsible for ensuring the quality and function of the internal space of the refrigerator. At present, the inner liner mold material on the market is mostly polypropylene (PP) sheet, which has the advantages of wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, mildew resistant, easy to clean and light weight.

2. Shell mold
The refrigerator shell mold is another important mold for the manufacture of refrigerators, which is responsible for covering the inner liner and ensuring the quality of the refrigerator in terms of vision and appearance. The shell mold is mostly made of aluminum alloy and steel and other materials, which has the characteristics of durability, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, beautiful appearance and so on.

3. Door mold
The refrigerator door mold is also an indispensable mold for the manufacture of refrigerators, responsible for ensuring the quality, safety and tightness of the refrigerator door. The door mold uses polyurethane (PU) or polyester fiber (FRP) and other materials, which have the characteristics of high strength, impact resistance, high and low temperature resistance and easy molding.

4. Handle mold
Refrigerator handle mold is a mold for making refrigerator handles, which is very important for quality and safety. The handle mold mostly uses ABS material, which has the characteristics of wear-resistant, high strength, anti-impact, smooth surface and light weight.
