Multi-mouth bottle blow mold design scheme


I. Introduction


Multi-mouth bottles are a kind of common plastic containers, which are widely used in food, beverage, cosmetic and other industries. And the production of multi-mouth bottles can not be separated from high quality blow molds. In this paper, we will discuss the design scheme of blow mold for multi-mouth bottles to improve production efficiency and product quality.

 

Second, mold structure design

 

1. Mold structure


Multi-mouth bottle blow mold is usually composed of mold seat, mold core and mold cavity. The mold seat is used to fix the mold, the mold core and mold cavity is to form the bottle cavity. In order to improve the production efficiency, we can consider adopting the mold quick-change system, which is convenient to change the bottles of different caliber and shape.

 

2. Bottle neck design


The bottle neck design of multi-mouth bottles needs to take into account the sealing and easy opening of the product. The bottle should have a good seal to prevent product leakage and deterioration.
