What is rotational molding process
Rotational molding is indispensable for the formation of rotomolding products. The rotomolding mold is a thin-walled shell whose inner cavity shape matches the shape of the plastic product. In order to facilitate demoulding, one or more parting surfaces are provided at the largest cross-section of the product, and quick clamping fixtures such as C-shaped chucks are installed at the parting part to ensure that no material overflows during the molding process. After the end, the product can be quickly taken out and refilled.

Rotational molding, also known as rotational molding, rotational molding, and rotary molding, is a hollow molding method for thermoplastic plastics. This method is to first add plastic raw materials into the mold, and then the mold is continuously rotated along two vertical axes and heated. Under the action of gravity and heat energy, the plastic raw materials in the mold are gradually and evenly coated, melted and adhered to the mold cavity. On the entire surface, it is formed into the required shape, and then cooled and shaped to form the finished product.
